A few words about the enchanting Santorini or otherwise, Thira!
Santorini today is one of the most famous tourist resorts in the world.
It is located in the southern part of the Cyclades, with an area: of 76.19 sq.m. km
The volcano remains active but in oblivion – last active in 1950.
The Caldera of Santorini is the largest and most impressive in the world, with a diameter of 16 km.
Of particular architectural interest are the houses dug into the rocks.
Viticulture is one of the most important areas of agricultural production with many varieties of wine, such as the well-known Visanto (sweet wine).
Day cruise description:
The departure for the day cruise in Santorini is made from Piso Livadi of Paros.
Boarding: on the Day Boat, Alexander or Naxos Star, depending on the day.
Arrival at the Port of Athinios. There will be waiting for you, bus and attendant *, who will give you useful information for your first acquaintance with the island, as long as you are on the bus.

The total length of your stay in Santorini, is 6 hours and 30 minutes with Alexander and 6 hours and 15 minutes with Naxos Star, with the excursion including a tour of Oia and Fira.
Choosing Alexander, the stay in Oia is 2-2.5 hours and in Fira, it is 3-3.5 hours.
The Alexander cruiser has a length of 41m. and width: of 10.8m as it travels at a speed: of 25 knots. Its capacity reaches 380 passengers and is fully air-conditioned and fully renovated.
While with Naxos Star, the stay in Oia respectively is 1.45 hours and in Fira, it is 2.5 hours.

It is possible to use the day ships (Alexander & Naxos Star) only for your transfer to and from the island of Thira, making your own schedule from the moment you arrive. In this case, however, you must inform the escort of the group and at your own risk, be on time at the meeting point for the departure.
The price of the ticket includes your transfer ** by private bus of the company, to and from the port of departure of the day ship in Paros.
