The name Malvasia is geographical and indicates the Byzantine city of Monemvasia in the time of the Franks. Malvasia began to be produced before the 13th century in Byzantine Monemvasia, gaining enormous fame in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance and a unique history that lasts to this day.

Wine tasting & tour:

As part of the wine tour & tasting, a guided walking tour through the vineyards, giving agricultural details on how  growing the vine and what kind of local species are produced on the island. .

We are then visiting the winery, where the winemaking process is explained, visualizing the hardware, tanks, and barrels.

Finaly there comes the time for the wine tasting procedure, which  can be enjoyed at back patio where is sun roof protected and 5 different variety of Parian wine offered for taste.

At the same time, we watch videos with snapshots from the vintage and the vinification process.

Beer tasting in Paros ( 60 minutes guided private tour & tasting )

The blonde beer 56 isles were born in Paros and took its name from the 56 islands of the Cyclades.

56 isles is a light beer with rich foam, fermented with the taste of Parian barley and the energy of the island.

The barley grown in Paros gives a unique taste to this beer due to the microclimate of the place. Its mixed taste and the quality of its raw materials, give to the 56 isles beer a special taste character sculpted by the sea and the sun.

You can see up close the brewery process for 30 minutes and continue the next 30 minutes on a 4 labels beer tasting tour (.Pilsner ,Wit, Session Ipa, Lager).
