In the courtyard of a traditional country home, Mr. Giannis and his wife warmly welcome you to an authentic, relaxed evening inspired by the old Cycladic way of life. This is a social dining experience, built around seafood meze, homemade recipes, local wine, and genuine island hospitality — ideal for families, couples, friends, and solo travelers who enjoy connecting with others.
The experience begins with a welcome plate of traditional seafood meze, accompanied by ouzo, followed by a gentle walk around the property where seasonal vegetables are grown and friendly farm animals live. Guests will also enjoy a short walk with donkeys, once the traditional means of transport on the islands, with time for photos.
You can see the preparation of classic Greek dishes up close, such as skordalia, tzatziki, taramοsalata, Parian salad, and dakos. The cooking continues with grilled vegetables, octopus, sun-dried local fish (GOUNA ), and other seafood specialties. A meat option is also available, with freshly prepared burgers grilled on the BBQ.
As the sun sets, everyone gathers around the table in the courtyard, enjoying homemade wine, seasonal fruit, and a light dessert. The evening unfolds naturally, encouraging conversation, laughter, and new connections — just like old times, without screens, guided only by human warmth and island hospitality.
