Conditions of participation & Cancellation policy
- The excursion is addressed to adults up to 65 years old and to minors 12 years old and older, with the consent of their parents.
- Any health problem should be reported analytically before booking, so that participation can be decided .
- Personal details such Gender, Age and Hight needed additionally for choosing the correct size of e-bike
- Cancelling due to bad weather conditions, either money refunded 100% or a new date can be chosen based on availability, without any other obligation from the organizer.
- Α Greek- English guide every 5 persons is provided.
- The use of a helmet is mandatory, e-bikes are well maintained and in perfect condition.
- Cancellations up to 10 days before ,100% refund. Between 9-5 days , 50% refund. For cancellations during last 4 days No refund.
- Starting / returning point is Parikia 20 min prior.
- Effective 1/5 -30/9 . Sundays OFF
